GlusterFS [ talk ]
GlusterFS is an open source, distributed file system capable of scaling to several petabytes and handling thousands of clients. It has hadoop plugin by which MapReduce jobs can be run on GlusterFS volumes.

Ceph is an open-source, massively scalable, software-defined storage system which provides object, block and file system storage in a single platform. It also has a plug-in for hadoop.
SpeakerVijay Bellur is co-maintainer for the upstream GlusterFS Project. He was an architect at Gluster before its acquisition by Red Hat in 2011. -
Swift [ talk ]
Swift is a highly available, distributed, eventually consistent object store. Organizations can use Swift to store lots of data efficiently, safely, and cheaply. This talk presents an overview of what Openstack Swift is, what it has to offer and the various components that constitute Swift which will be explained with the help of a demo.
